Gepard – Vis established with purpose to provide oportunity for people with disabilities to improve their professional knowledge and develop their skills for adapt to production process. After successful training, which is sertificiated from the Ministry for Employment of the Republic of Serbia, the people with disablities have an opportunity to start to work for the company. The company has a license for doing business according to the principles of social entrepreneurship from 30.03.2015. years, which approved by Ministry for Employment of the Republic of Serbia. The company is the first one which meet requirement according to the new Law for professional rehabilitation and employ people with disabilities.

The main activities of the company is a social protection without accommodation, activity code is 8899. This is an only activity in the Republic of Serbia which a company for professional rehabilitation can be registered. Operational activity of the company is produce of Personal protective equipment (PPE), cloths and footwear’s. The company follows the most of all world standards in the field of production of PPE and products quality is the reason of the company success story.

The company products have added value because it make a people with disabilities. In the company’s products you can see a work, effort and happiness of our employees. Safety of the company employees on the work place is one of the company’s priorities. According to the national Law the company adapted all work places for work of people with disabilities.
