DES ltd. Is a company for professional rehabilitation and it employing people with disabilities. The company is established 1948. At the start that was manufactory store for education and practice for deaf people. After established the results of analyze of the process in the company shows that the company perfect organized trainings for people with disabilities. Today, the company continues a previous good practice in professional rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities.

DES ltd. employs 210 employees with more than 50% of people with disabilities.

The company doing business according the principles of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and it have certificates for both of them.

The company has four main sectors (Advertizing, interior, metal products and textile) and products of the company have a high society impact the company sell on the Serbian market.

Activities in the main sectors:

• Sector Metal produce a wide pallet of metal product and provide services for treatment and protection of metals;
• Sector interior produce a wide pallet of furniture and provide inside constriction works;
• Sector Textile produce a different types of work safety uniforms;
• Sector advertizing provides wide pallets of services of printing.
